This house is a fine example of a heritage-listed property in Brighton built in 1880. It is a late Victorian Italianate Villa with an ornate central tower.
It was in an overall poor condition, weathered and cracked with details of the original façade deteriorating over time.
Running moulds were applied to the exterior of the building in situ, we reformed broken arches, replaced decorative moulds. We also had to hand form decorative finishes at our workshop .
